Michelle Suess, who handled corporate communications, events, advertising and charitable giving for ICM Partners for more than a decade, is stepping down from the Hollywood talent agency to spend more time with her family.

She helped guide ICM through its acquisitions of literary agency Broder Webb Chervin and Headline Media Management, management buyout and last year's move into its Century City headquarters.
The agency has worked with Ellen DeGeneres, Chris Rock, Cecily Strong, as well as TV programs such as "Sex and the City," "Cheers," and "Grey's Anatomy."
Suess will remain at ICM, which has offices in New York and London, through a transition period.
ICM traces its roots to the 1975 merger of Creative Management Assocs. and International Famous Agency.
