Teneo Holdings has acquired Credo Business Consulting, which has offices in London and Dubai.
Credo, which has a 60-member staff, says it focuses on corporate strategy, transaction services and “operating model transformation and performance improvement.”

It targets sectors such as media & technology, transportation, healthcare, telecommunications and software/IT services.
The “acquisition will help further the expansion of Teneo’s global management consulting capabilities in response to client demand,” said Declan Kelly, Teneo CEO.
Simon Bones, Credo’s managing partner, said the Teneo tie-up “will create a truly differentiated proposition” for clients.
