New Jersey power company PSEG has recruited Karen Cleeve as VP-corporate communications.
She joins from Conduent, the business outsourcing company divested by Xerox. At Conduent, Cleeve was head of communications and citizenship, responsible for brand promotion, corporate reputation and cultural initiatives.

Earlier, Cleeve served as VP-communications at NRG Energy in charge of internal/external communications, corporate reputation and thought leadership.
She has PR firm experience, earned as Ketchum, Burson-Marsteller and Peppercom.
Derek DiRisio, president of PSEG Services Corp., praised Cleeve's "communications leadership for corporate, product and thought leadership programs at leading technology enterprises, early-stage companies and public relations firms."
Public Service Electric and Gas provides electricity to 2.2M electricity and 1.8M gas customers in New Jersey. PSEG Long Island operates the electric transmission and distribution system of Long Island Power Authority, which has 1.1M customers.
