Chris Taylor, who worked for New York billionaires Ron Perelman and Mike Bloomberg plans to formally launch her own firm after Labor Day, according to Keith Kelly of the New York Post. She has been running Chris Taylor Consulting since June. Taylor spent 13 years as executive VP at Perelman’s MacAndrews & Forbes holding company, which owns Revlon, AM General and Flavors Holdings. Earlier, she worked as director of global communications at Bloomberg LP. The re-launch may include a new name for the firm. Taylor says Bloomberg recommends “Taylor Made PR” as the moniker.

Andrea Calise moved to Teneo Holdings as senior managing director in its strategy division. The former managing director at Kekst & Co. has more than 17 years of experience in areas such as shareholder activism, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, litigation & regulatory support and crisis communications. Prior to Kekst, Calise worked at the Population Action Council and InterAction.

During his two-decade career, McGloin served as communications, public policy and public opinion research advisor at the state and national level.
