Exelon, the $31.4B Chicago-based power company, has added Lisa Howard and Donna Sitkiewicz to its communications unit.

Howard is a 19-year veteran of McDonald's Corp., rising to the director of global government and PA slot. She's has experience in Windy City politics, gained from a stint as former mayor Richard M. Daley's deputy press secretary. Howard takes the director-external communications position.
Sitktiewicz joins Exelon from Mondelez International, the $26B global snacks company spun-off from Kraft Foods in 2012, where she was director of corporate relations. Earlier, she spent ten years in Kraft's communications department and three years at United Airlines. Sitkiewicz handles Exelon's internal communications efforts.
Both recruits report to Jean Medina, VP-corporate communications.
