Rogers & Cowan chose Craig Greiwe to lead its R & C Digital Group. Greiwe has been a senior VP at R & C since December, when he joined the firm from the managing principal slot at Windsor McKenna, which has been folded into R & C Digital. Lauren Jones has been brought on to oversee R & C Studios, an in-house creative studio that will produce creative content for the firm’s clients. She will work in collaboration with VP marketing Holly Beverly. Nicole Wood and Courtney Allen oversee day-to-day account and client management.

Terrie ArdTerrie Ard

Moore Communications Group named Terrie Ard principal/shareholder of the Tallahassee-based firm. Ard, who is MCG’s president, is a 17-year veteran of the shop. She has led campaigns Florida Prepaid, CareerSource Florida and Ford Motor. A graduate of Florida State University, she was a development representative for the Florida Department of Agriculture before coming to Moore. “Her new role as a shareholder illustrates her long-term commitment to the firm’s vision of innovation, understanding client needs and mastering the art of maintaining a great company culture,” said Moore CEO Karen Moore.

Adam SchiffAdam Schiff

JConnelly appointed Adam Schiff to the position of chief operating officer. Schiff comes to JConnelly from DKC, where he was most recently executive VP. During a 15-year span at DKC, Schiff served as crisis counselor and strategic lead for accounts such as Jessica Alba’s The Honest Company and jet.com. He also assisted in the launch of “The Dr. Oz Show” and “The Howard Stern Show.” In his new role, Schiff will identify potential growth opportunities and guide JConnelly’s consumer division.

Exelon upped Annette Martinez to VP, ComEd Communications, succeeding Erica Borggen. Martinez previously served as ComEd director, communications. Before that, she was director of external relations for gas distributor AGL Resources. In her new role, she will oversee all communications for the Exelon unit. Borggen moves to the VP-ComEd customer channels slot.
