FiComm Partners hired Kirsten Plonner as chief of communications. She joined from Fidelity Investments, where she was director of strategic media for its workplace investing business. Plonner’s remit is to provide strategic oversight and counsel for the firm's PR clients, manage the growing PR team and oversee the firm’s New York office. FiComm also nabbed Angela Giombetti from Junxure CRM for marketing manager. FiComm is celebrating its five-year anniversary with the launch of a proprietary Communications Dashboard, which will offer clients real-time reporting, an archive of all media activity generated from inception as a FiComm client, quick access to media hit hyperlinks, snapshots of media activity across any period of time, and tracking of reporters and publications engaged with.

SalientMG recruited Kate Kaye as a strategic partner, writing and content, and Elyssa Rae as director, executive visibility and corporate communications. Kaye comes to SalientMG from Advertising Age, where she covered the data industry. In her new role, she will lead strategy and program development for SalientMG’s executive visibility and go-to-market technology clients, and will host a new podcast highlighting tech executives. Rae previously held positions at Harbour Group and Edelman. She will be leading SalientMG’s executive visibility accounts and its media relations practice.
Scott Circle, Washington, added Kellie Murphy and Dee Donavanik to its senior management team. Murphy, who is joining as senior VP, previously provided strategic counsel for clients in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East, in addition to serving as a senior vice president at GMMB. She will lead client accounts, manage staff and develop new business. Donavanik is promoted from senior manager to VP. Before coming to Scott Circle, she led operations for the Washington branch of Media Connect, a division of Finn Partners.
