He joins the WPP unit from entertainment PR firm 42West, where he served as COO and CFO for the last eight years and helped guide its $28M acquisition by Dolphin Digital Media earlier this year.
At C&W, Reno will oversee IT, HR, legal and real estate functions as well as the operations side of acquisitions, reporting to Cohn & Wolfe CEO Donna Imperato.
She hailed his “successful track record of managing and expanding agencies from an operational standpoint,” and "his experience on the client service side of the business.”
