Allison+Partners appoints Tony Katsulos to lead its Dallas office. Most recently, Katsulos owned and operated Jetstream Communications, a Dallas-based PR firm that worked primarily with healthcare and technology companies. He has also served as a senior VP at Fleishman-Hillard in Dallas and managed financial communications for SBC Communications (now AT&T). “We’re confident his corporate expertise will help us better leverage the opportunities in the market and build out our existing business,” said Matthew Della Croce, president, global corporate for the firm.

Havas PR promotes Breanna Stephens to account executive. A graduate of Robert Morris University, Stephens joined the Havas PR Pittsburgh team in 2015.
