Magrino Digital picked up social media strategy and community management for multiple Tishman Speyer properties, including Jackson Park and The JACX, both in the rapidly developing Long Island City neighborhood in Queens. Magrino will provide content curation, content development, platform growth and analytics reporting for the properties. Jackson Park is a trio of high-rise luxury rental towers with over 1,800 apartments and 120,000-square-feet of indoor and outdoor amenities including a private, 1.6-acre park. Located directly across the street from Jackson Park, the JACX is being billed as the largest new creative office development in New York, with two 26-story towers and 1.2 million square feet of office space.
J Public Relations is expanding its UK footprint. Under the direction of newly appointed UK senior director Emma Hartland-Mahon, the firm’s London office has brought on several new clients. Adare Manor, a castle hotel in Ireland’s County Limerick, has just undergone a large-scale renovation, which will make its debut this month. The Château de Grand-Lucé, a country estate in the Loire Valley of France, is opening to guests in Spring or Summer of 2018. Also joining the agency’s roster of clients are four English luxury hotels: Cliveden House in Berkshire, Chewton Glen in Hampshire, The Lygon Arms in the Cotswolds and 11 Cadogan Gardens in London.
Schneider Associates has been chosen to develop economic development marketing materials for the town of Chelmsford, MA and its Route 129 business corridor. Among the materials Schneider will be developing for the town are logos, tag lines, promotional video, visual aids, website revisions, social media platform suggestions, presentation and email marketing templates and print elements such as brochures and flyers. Chelmsford community development director Evan Belansky said Schneider was chosen because "they have direct experience in real estate marketing, real estate development." He also said that the agency’s broad expertise makes it less likely that the town will need to bring in subcontractors.
Stanton assisted TD Ameritrade with the launch of its new Artificial Intelligence-powered brokerage chatbot. The launch was a partnership with Facebook’s Messenger service. The first brokerage chatbot backed by a human support team, it lets customers ask the robot and/or a person about everything from stock prices to account balances to general financial information. The project was part of the latest communications about TD Ameritrade’s leadership and innovation.
