Gagnier Communications represents On Location Experiences, the official hospitality provider of the NFL, as it acquires The Carlyle Group's PrimeSport unit, which has long-term ticketing deals with the NCAA and PGA.
The transaction creates a company with more than 500 employees in nine offices and 150-plus rights to top-tier events such as the Super Bowl, Ryder Cup, Rose Bowl, US Open, Daytona 500 and NCAA Final Four.
John Collins, CEO of OLE, said PrimeSport's pick-up "provides scale for our premium experiential offerings and for our fast-growing organization’s capabilities and expertise.”
The deal adds Carlyle to OLE's roster of investors that includes RedBird Capital, Bruin Sports and 32 Equity, venture capital arm of the NFL.
Dan Gagnier, Jeffrey Mathews and Patrick Reynolds are the members of the Gagnier Communications team that handle OLE's deal.
