CooperKatz & Company has promoted Kathleen Reynolds to vp/director, client services and Heather Caufield and Katy Hendricks to director, client services. Reynolds, who has been with the agency for 14 years, previously held the title of director, client services. She leads the account team for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Caulfield, who was manager, client services, has led and contributed to accounts for clients such as TD Bank, Otis Elevator Company and Asia Pulp & Paper over her six years with CooperKatz. Hendricks, who was promoted from manager, client services, has been with CooperKatz for 10 years, spearheading campaigns in the real estate, healthcare, education and technology sectors. “The work of these colleagues has positively impacted the success of the agency. Beehive Strategic Communication has promoted Nicki Gibbs to executive vice president, strategy. Gibbs joined Beehive in 2005, and most recently was senior vp, strategy. She came to Beehive after spending almost at Weber Shandwick. At Beehive, Gibbs leads a client portfolio that includes health care, higher education and retail industries, working with such clients as Beaumont Health, 3M, PreferredOne and Rasmussen College. LEGOLAND Florida Resort has named Gillian Smith as vp of marketing and sales. Smith replaces Rex Jackson, who was promoted to general manager in July. Smith joins LEGOLAND from education and national service nonprofit City Year, where she was chief marketing officer. Before that she served as CMO of Teach for America. In her new role, Smith leads marketing and sales efforts for the resort’ theme park, water park and on-site accommodations. “I’m delighted to welcome Gillian to our team,” Jackson said. “Her experience and insights as a marketer, storyteller, traveler and parent will be invaluable as we communicate what makes LEGOLAND Florida Resort such a fun and unparalleled destination for kids."
