Winnie Lerner, who headed Glover Park Group’s New York office and capital markets group, has shifted to Finsbury, a sister WPP unit, as North America managing partner.
The 20-year veteran succeeds Paul Holmes, who has moved up to the CEO North America slot.
Lerner spent 16 years at Abernathy MacGregor Group, rising to the co-president slot. She also headed global communications for publicly traded Ralph Lauren Corp.
Finsbury, GPG and Hering Schuppener Consulting partner on a global platform staffed by more than 500 professionals focused on capital markets, corporate, crisis/litigation, public/regulatory policy, leadership positioning and employee communications.
Lerner will further integrate that worldwide platform and expand Finsbury's expansion into the US capital markets.
