CBS News produced a review of BP's PR response to the Gulf oil spill as residents blast its efforts and crisis counselors Mike Paul and Gene Grabowski weigh in as well.

"Don't say that you have a solution today, because you don't," said Paul.

"Neither his apologies nor his commercials are winning hearst and minds on the Gulf coast," reports CBS' Tony Guida. "Stopping the oil is the only way to do that."
