The latest PR-mocking salvo using the animation tool Xtranormal comes via author and journalist Lauren Lipton.
The clip features a coversation between a reporter who wants to write a story about a PR pro's client, a purveyor of chocolate-covered grasshoppers.
You may recall TechCrunch contributor Steve O'Hear's two-part series lampooning the embargo back in March. A similarly produced clip about being a journalist is currently making the rounds, as well.
Excerpt from Lipton's dialog:
PR Pro to reporter: "In my mind, you work for me and my client. In your email, please also list every other person whom you plan to talk to for your story. There had better not be any company we think is downscale... We also must approve the story before it is published. We must approve the art. And we insist that the story run on page one."
