GC is run by Jim Harff, who at Ruder Finn during the 1990s counseled Croatia, Bosnia and Kosova during the Balkans conflict/split-up, calls Vlahovic “one of the most respected diplomats and business consultants in the Balkans.”
He told O’Dwyer’s that “while we helped fight the PR war side-by-side with the forces of freedom in the past, including Ambassador Vlahovic, we much prefer the opportunity to help the people of the Balkans today as they peacefully develop their free economies and prosperity in the years ahead.”
Vlahovic is founding member of the Montenegrin Center for Democracy and Human Rights, former newspaper columnist, and owner of MConsult Ltd, one of the first private consulting companies in Montenegro.
He also served as a member of Montenegro’s parliament and foreign minister.
