The Port of Long Beach is dangling a PR services contract to support its communications and community relations unit with an RFP process open through April 20.
The No. 2 U.S. container port has an annual budget in the $700M range generated through leasing of terminals to shipping lines and operators.
The port wants a PR firm to handle media monitoring, including social media, hosting of a media database, and daily reports on content involving and affecting the port’s operations.
