Prime Policy Group, the home of Republican operative Charlie Black, has picked up a six-month contract worth $150K to represent the National Security Council of Georgia.
That Burson-Marsteller unit joins Gephardt Group Government Affairs, the firm of Democratic heavyweight Dick Gephardt, on the payroll of the NSCG. GGGA began work for the Georgians in 2008, and has just re-upped for six months for $180K.
PPG’s contract calls for providing strategic advice, outreach to and advocacy before the U.S. Administration, House and Senate to advance free trade and democracy issues, and assistance with NATO issues.
The contract also calls for PPG to inform the NSCG “if there any contradictions” regarding the PR program between it and Georgia’s embassy. |
