Bacolas Becomes W2O Chief People Officer

W2O Group has appointed Eric Bacolas to the role of chief people officer.

Bacolas joins the marketing and communications network from technology start-up Conductor, where he held the title of people and performance VP. Prior to that he was chief talent officer at digital media agency 360i. He was previously stationed with Interpublic Group, where he held a series of leadership roles at marketing unit DraftWorldwide as well as media services company ID Media.

Bacolas is charged with leading W2O’s human resources function, where he'll oversee talent recruitment, staff training and development, company policies and benefits, as well as and scaling efforts and leadership development. He’ll report to W2O Group chairman and CEO Jim Weiss.

W20, which focuses on tech and global brands, owns agencies Brewlife, Twist Mktg and WCG, as well as digital marketing firm Marketeching Solutions.
