The 42,000-student University of Wisconsin-Madison has cast a net for a PR and crisis communications firm.

The university wants a firm to conduct a review of its current crisis PR planning and recommend improvements. It also wants to a book the firm for on-call, on-site PR counsel and assistance as-needed during the resulting contract. Services include media strategy and research, writing, outreach and web content development, among other areas.

Proposals are due Feb. 6.
