Jackie Brock-DoyleJackie Brock-Doyle, who led communications and public affairs for London's successful 2012 Olympics, is slated to take the reins next month of Good Relations Group, the revamped global PR unit of Chime Communications following its sale of Bell Pottinger last year.

Brock-Doyle, a 25-year PR vet, was director of communications and PA for the London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games, joining the bid process in 2003 and working through the Games in 2012. She previously worked the 2000 Sydney Games and the 2002 Manchester Commonwealth Games.

Olympics and global sporting events are key to Chime's revenue. The company said in an interim management statement May 15 that the Good PR unit is up 10% over 2012 so far with further progress expected when Brock-Doyle joins in June. It is expecting income to rise later this year with work on the 2014 Sochi (Russia) Winter Olympics and FIFA World Cup ramping up.

As CEO of Good, Brock-Doyle will report to former Bell Pottinger chair Kevin Murray.

Chime sold the well-known Bell Pottinger PR unit in a management buyout last year for $32M to a group led by founder Tim Bell and has bolstered its PR operation around the Good Relations name.
