Hawaii's High Technology Development Corp., the state agency that supports and works to lure tech and manufacturing companies to the state, has released an RFP for PR and marketing support.
The corporation, under the state's department of business, economic developmeent and tourism, is also soliciting firms separately for creative design. It wants an agency to develop a communications plan, disseminate news and content, prepare speeches and perform other PR duties.
