Visit Panama City Beach, the convention and visitors bureau for northwestern Florida destination Panama City Beach, has issued a request for proposal for advertising agencies to promote the destination's tourism industry.

Panama City Beach The CVB is particularly seeking input from ad agencies that specialize in digital marketing, media buying and ad and marketing creative services, and also have promotional experience with social media and Internet-based companies.

The planned advertising budget is approximately $5 million.

The RFP comes as part of a periodic partner agency search. For the past six years, Columbus, OH-based marketing and communications agency Fahlgren Mortine has performed marketing duties for Visit Panama City Beach. New York-based travel and lifestyle agency Lou Hammond Group is currently Visit Panama City Beach’s PR agency of record.
