NZPeck, Madigan, Jones & Stewart has inked a six-month, $90K pact with New Zealand in its effort to promote approval of the Trans-Pacific Partnership.

TTP is envisioned as a free trade grouping of 11 Asia-Pacific countries. NZ's Washington embassy believes the pact’s approval will help deepen U.S. ties in the categories of agricultural and related food sectors.

The TTP will also provide NZ with greater access to the U.S. government procurement market and investment here. Another benefit of the TPP: more American tourism to NZ.

PJJ&S is working with NZ’s ambassador to the U.S. Mike Moore.

The 18th round of TPP negotiations will take place in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia July 15-24.
