Tom Eslinger, a creative director specializing in digital content and strategy, has joined Burson-Marsteller, where he’s been named global chief creative officer, a new role at the global PR giant.

Eslinger joins the WPP unit from visual effects and virtual reality company Framestore, where he was a creative consultant and executive creative director. He previously spent more than a dozen years at Saatchi & Saatchi, where he was initially stationed in the global communications and advertising network’s Auckland office before holding the worldwide digital creative director post in Los Angeles, London and New York.

In the new role at B-M, Eslinger will integrate strategy, planning and analytics processes for applications across traditional, digital, mobile and emerging platforms such as AI in a bid to bring new creative solutions to the agency.
