The Horizon Foundation, an independent philanthropy dedicated to improving the health and wellness of people living or working in Howard County, Maryland, is seeking proposals to create and execute a 15-month, $300,000 social marketing campaign to encourage residents to participate in emergency, critical care planning.

The Horizon Foundation

The Foundation launched the Speak(easy) Howard pilot phase of this program in 2016, which included outreach through 14 partners including community organizations, faith groups and medical providers.  A website and logo exist already as well as materials and an electronic registry where residents can appoint their health care agent online.

The focus of the program is in the “sandwich generation,” those approximately 45 to 65 years old.

The winning firm will build upon the steps already taken.

Bidders should contact Tiffany Callender at [email protected] with intent to participate by Mar. 3.
