Chicago-based lifestyle agency Zapwater Communications has been named PR agency of record for Wisconsin’s Grand Geneva Resort & Spa.

Located on 1,300 acres in Lake Geneva, the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa is one of only five AAA Four-Diamond resorts in Wisconsin. Only two hours outside of Chicago, the resort is a popular destination due to its two championship golf courses.
The boutique PR and social media agency will initiate a visibility campaign for the resort. The campaign’s scope of work will include media relations, strategic partnerships, targeted events and influencer relations.
Grand Geneva Resort previously had a PR pact with CA-based agency IW Group.
Zapwater, which maintains a second office in Los Angeles, counts Kimpton Hotels & Resorts, Visit Finland and Serbia’s department of tourism as clients.
