Tiger Hill Partners, a consulting firm that specializes in advising senior executives and investors in closely regulated and emergent industries on public affairs solutions, has been launched by JHM Group founder and president James Maloney and attorney and political consultant Milan Dalal.
The firm has been operational since Nov. 1, providing strategic communications, government relations, research, and policy and political risk due diligence solutions in the financial services, technology, and healthcare sectors.
Before launching JHM, Maloney was vice president, financial communications and capital markets at Edelman and also served as vice president of public affairs for the American Investment Council.
Dalal previously served as of counsel for law and lobbying firm Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, representing clients in the financial services, technology, telecom, and cybersecurity industries. Before that, he held a number of senior congressional staff roles, including staff director of the U.S. Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee’s Subcommittee on Securities, Insurance, and Investment; senior economic advisor to Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA); and legislative director for Rep. Gregory Meeks (D-NY).
