EDAC board member Drew Boyles credits PCA is known for reshaping urban images and “bring them out of obscurity,” according to the Daily Breeze. PCA has worked for Hollywood Park, Cal., and La Paz, Mexico.

El Segundo is home to major facilities for aerospace and defense contractors such Boeing, Raytheon and Northrop Grumman. It would like to broaden its base to include social media companies.

Chevron and Continental Development Corp. kicked in a good chunk of the funding for the PR effort that will include development of brand identity and an aggressive online promotion.
