Imre appoints Patrick Burke as chief financial officer and Lorraine Hirsh as chief people officer. Burke comes to the agency from Huge, where he was most recently CFO and chief commercial officer. He previously held senior financial planning and analysis positions at HD Supply and Stanley Black & Decker. At imre, Burke will partner with the executive leadership team and imre’s board of directors on overall business strategy. Hirsh was previously chief talent officer at McCann New York, where she shaped DE&I initiatives. She also served as a founding member of AdFellows, the first organization committed to hiring diverse talent. In her new post, Hirsh will focus on employee engagement and enablement strategy, as well as helping to steward the agency’s people relations and empathy-driven culture. “Patrick and Lorraine will be pivotal in process development and people engagement as we continue our forward momentum,” said imre president Anna Kotis.

4media group hires Rich Kellner as global CFO. Kellner joins 4media from animation/video production company Charlex, where he was also CFO. He was previously VP of finance at Synaptic Digital (formerly Medialink). Kellner will join a newly formed global executive leadership team led by newly appointed chief operating officer Kevin West. “Rich’s expertise will add to our company’s focus on talent density. Rich brings a refreshing perspective and energy to our company culture, and we are incredibly lucky to have him join our team,” said West.

Courtney Bass Sherizen, Anusha Alikhan

The Wikimedia Foundation, the global nonprofit that operates Wikipedia, brings on Courtney Bass Sherizen as chief talent and culture officer, and promotes Anusha Alikhan to chief communications officer. Sherizen was most recently at Google, where she supported global teams across talent management, people operations, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Alikhan joined the Wikimedia Foundation in 2019 as a senior director of communications and was promoted to VP of communications in 2021. She previously held communications leadership positions at the United Nations and Knight Foundation. In her new post, Alikhan will position communications as a key organizational partner in driving greater engagement through media, marketing, digital communications, brand building and community outreach. “Courtney and Anusha both bring a depth of expertise in their respective fields that will make us a more effective organization,” said Wikimedia Foundation CEO Maryana Iskander.
