Mary Osako, who was director of corporate communications at Amazon for five years, is now at Activison Blizzard, the interactive entertainment company. She's senior VP-global communications.
"Call of Duty," "World of Warcraft," "Skylanders" and "Destiny" are among brands in Activision Blizzard's portfolio.
At Amazon, Osako handles communications around its financial, policy, M&A, litigation, advertising, operations, Kindle, Amazon Prime Air drone delivery service and other specialty areas.
Earlier, she was chief communications at IAC/InterActiveCorp.'s Ask.com and VP-international PR/global public policy at Yahoo during a seven-year stint.
