Longtime agency exec Blair Jackson has moved to the American Health Care Association in Washington as VP of public affairs for the trade group of nursing homes and assisted living providers.
Former Kansas Gov. Mark Parkinson leads the AHCA, which includes the National Center for Assisted Living.
Jackson was VP of corporate communications for nursing home giant Golden Living, based in Plano, Tex., and assistant VP for PR at CVSHealth predecessor AdvancePCS.
On the agency side, Jackson did stints at Arc Worldwide (group supervisor), Golin (president and Philadelphia GM), Rogers & Cowan, FleishmanHillard and Burson-Marsteller.
Dutko Worldwide alum Greg Crist is senior VP of PA for the AHCA.
Maggie Moran, who is well-connected in New Jersey and New York Democratic politics, has established Moxie Strategies in Asbury Park, NJ.
