Golin has merged its China operation into Magic Group, forming GolinMagic.
Golin said the operation includes a staff of more than 150 in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou and evolves from a strategic partnership first formed in December 2013.
Magic Group founder Catherine Zhou called the move a "natural next step" in an ongoing partnership. Zhou (healthcare) and colleague Frank Ren (coporate), along with Golin Shanghai GM Sarah Chin (consumer) will lead the venture as managing directors.
