Vox Solid Communications has been named agency of record to handle PR duties for all Las Vegas-area restaurants owned by Batali & Bastianich Hospitality Group.
New York-based B&BHG represents a partnership formed between famed chef and TV personality Mario Batali and restaurateur Joe Bastianich. The duo, which in 1998 opened Greenwich Village flagship Babbo, later expanded to more than a dozen New York-area restaurants before teaming up with chef and author Lidia Bastianich. B&BHG has since gone global, offering eateries in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Chicago, Boston, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Vox will work to promote B&BHG's four Las Vegas locations — B&B Ristorante, Carnevino Italian Steakhouse, B&B Burger & Beer and OTTO Enoteca e Pizzeria — producing earned media coverage in print, online and broadcast outlets that cover food, travel and lifestyle.
Las Vegas-based Vox, which specializes in tourism, food/beverage and hospitality, was founded in 2011.
