The Miami Beach Visitor and Convention Authority has issued an RFP for PR services to further its goal of positioning the city as a vibrant community and superb tourist destination for international and domestic travellers.
Besides its seven miles of beachfront, Miami Beach boasts of its extravagant nightlife, culinary offerings, luxury shopping, world-class resorts, boutique hotels and cultural attractions such as its New World Symphony and Miami City Ballet. The city is also noted for its "walkability."

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is slated for 10 a.m. Jan. 22 at MBVCA's office at 1701 Meridian Ave.
MBVCA will review the PR proposals next month.
