The Richland Library Friends and Foundation, a nonprofit organization that raises awareness and financial support for the Richland Library, the public library system located in Richland County, SC (for which state capital Columbia is county seat), is seeking proposals from agencies that can develop a brand strategy and supporting marketing collateral to help grow awareness of the Friends and Foundation and increase participation among potential donor groups.

Richland Library’s Marketing and Digital Strategy Department has developed a new strategic plan and visual branding guidelines for the library system, and Friends and Foundation is seeking an agency that can help build on this visual identity and develop a branding strategy as well as supporting marketing materials (including print and video) that complements this branding while also supporting the goals and mission of the Friends and Foundation.

Scope of the work includes market research, developing key marketing collateral (referred to as an “Innovation Portfolio”), and production of an intro video.

Deadline for proposals is 12:00 p.m. (EST) on April 15.

Those submitting print proposals should include three copies of their proposals along with one electronic copy, in an envelope clearly marked “Branding, Marketing & Creative Services for Richland Library Friends and Foundation.”
