The County of Rockland, New York is looking for an agency that can provide marketing, public relations, media and creative design services.

The Hudson River county, which is part of the New York City Metropolitan Statistical Area, seeks an agency that can develop and implement various media and public relations campaigns that promote the services provided by County agencies on an as-needed basis.
Scope of the work calls for development of marketing and media strategies and multi-media campaigns, media buying and placement, design, market analysis and reporting.
Terms of the contract run for a year with four one-year renewal options at the County’s discretion.
Proposals must be received by 3:00 p.m. (EST) on Oct. 8 and should be submitted electronically through the County’s Bonfire RFP Portal.
