The Oklahoma Department of Commerce, the economic development department charged with bringing employment, attracting new business and promoting economic growth in the Sooner State, is looking for an agency to provide marketing and advertising services.

ODOC seeks a full-service marketing and advertising firm that can assist the agency with branding and campaign development in an effort to communicate its initiatives to Oklahomans, local governments and non-profit organizations as well as market the state as a great place to do business. 

Scope of the work calls for creative services; video production; web design; ad placement for print, web, outdoor, TV, radio and social media; marketing and advertising account services; and project management services.

Terms of the contract run for a year with four one-year renewal options at the ODOC’s discretion.

Proposals must be received by 3:00 p.m. (CST) on Sept. 30 and should be submitted electronically to [email protected].
