Pennsylvania’s Edinboro University is soliciting proposals from agencies that can develop integrated traditional and digital marketing and advertising initiatives.

The Edinboro, PA-based public university, which was founded in 1857, has more than 4,600 students between its main campus as well as its Porreco College branch in Erie. The university’s undergraduate headcount enrollment has declined significantly in the past decade as a result of demographic changes as well as an increase in its academic standards for admissions.

Edinboro needs an agency that can create and manage the University’s annual media marketing plan to build brand awareness and boost the university’s enrollment efforts among prospective, high-quality students.

Scope of the work calls for online marketing, broadcast marketing (TV and radio, as well as streaming media), print advertising and outdoor/venue advertising.

Terms of the contract run through June 30, 2022, with the option of annual renewals thereafter for a maximum of five years.

Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. (EST) on Oct. 8 and must be submitted online utilizing the state’s PASSHE Procurement Exchange.
