Mississippi State University is looking for an agency that can develop and implement a creative marketing campaign.

The Starkville-based public research university, which has a student body of more than 21,500 and approximately 5,000 faculty and staff, needs an agency that can increase public awareness of educational efforts made by MSU to prevent opioid misuse in the Southeast.

Scope of the work includes client consultation, account services, digital and social media management, graphic and digital design work, public relations support and printing.

Campaign work is anticipated to commence February 1, 2021 and run for one year, with a maximum budget of $50,000.

All bidding agencies must include one original (marked “Original”) and one electronic copy of their technical proposals in PDF format on a flash drive. Each submitted proposal envelope
