The Baltimore County Department of Health is seeking proposals from professional marketing and/or advertising agencies that can create a social media marketing and advertising program.

The purpose of the marketing campaign is to raise awareness of marijuana use and influence behavior regarding its related consequences among target audiences, which includes Baltimore County's youth and young adults (ages 12-25) as well as parents and mentors.

Scope of the work includes developing messages; writing and design of campaign elements (logos, graphics and advertisements) and expanding on creative concepts; production of campaign materials (logos, graphics, flyers, brochures, infographics, print, electronic and video ads); and developing a media plan for reaching target audiences.

Budget for the work is set at $24,999.
