South Carolina’s Horry-Georgetown Technical College is requesting proposals from agencies that can provide digital marketing services.

The community technical college, which was founded in 1966, is one of the largest technical colleges in the Palmetto State and counts annual enrollment of more than 5,000 students. It maintains three campuses in Conway, Myrtle Beach and Georgetown.

HGTC is looking for an agency with digital marketing experience that can develop and implement a digital marketing plan that increases prospective student leads, boosts enrollment and year-round recruitment, raises the college’s regional market share and increase traffic to its website.

Scope of the work includes implementing a lead generation campaign, developing a social media strategy, search engine marketing duties and devising a programmatic ad strategy.

Proposals are due by 4 p.m. (EST) on June 17 and can be mailed to:

Bidding agencies should include one original document, three hard copies (marked “copy”), and one redacted copy of their proposals, with the business proposal documents and technical proposals separated and bound in a single volume. All envelopes should be labeled with the time and date specified for opening (4:00 p.m., 06/17/2021), the solicitation number (RFP0036-21), and the name and address of the bidding agency.
