The George Washington Regional Commission, the urban planning department that handles transportation planning and transit issues in Fredericksburg, Virginia, is seeking proposals from agencies that can provide marketing and advertising services.

GWRC is looking for an agency that can promote its GWRideConnect program, the free ridesharing service that connects residents in the Fredericksburg, VA area to shared transportation alternatives such as carpooling or vanpooling.
Scope of work includes advertising (including conception, design, planning, development and production); graphic design; photography and video work; media buying, placement and monitoring; market research; analysis; and submitting monthly reports.
Terms of the contract run from August 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022. Estimated budget for the work is $120,000.
Deadline for proposals is 5 p.m. (EST) on July 1. Proposals should be submitted via email to [email protected] with the subject line “GWRideConnect FY22 Marketing.”
