Rancho Cucamonga

Rancho Cucamonga is seeking proposals to handle a strategic communications, branding, community outreach and engagement campaign for a multi-modal transit hub that will serve about 5M people in Southern California and bolster the region’s economy.

Cucamonga Station, which is located in the city’s newly branded Hart transit district, will incorporate multiple rail lines, an “evolutionary” bus system, Ontario International Airport and three major freeways.

The city envisions the Hart District will spur creation of 1.25M sq. ft of office space, 6,000 new residential units, entertainment venues and restaurants.

It foresees “an active community that will be a business and destination ‘hot spot’ elevating the area into a walkable, culture-rich experience.”

The RFP calls for a “solid, integrated, unified and collaborative marketing effort to share the excitement & benefits of this major project to key stakeholder partners.”

The firm will handle branding for “Hart of Southern California,” messaging, media/PR/content, promotions, social media, advertising planning and measurement.

Proposals are due Dec. 13. Bidders must be registered at https://www.Cityofrc.us/your-government/procurement
