The Treasury Department of Illinois’ Cook County is looking to hire a firm to develop a communications program to improve outreach to taxpayers.
With more than 5.2 residents, Cook Country is the second biggest county in the US.
The PR firm will create press releases, editorials, letters to the editor, newsletters, social media content, print ads, radio video scripts and speeches, PowerPoint presentations, reports, brochures and various promotional items such as posters, fact sheets and flyers.
The focus will be on the taxpayers of 1.8M parcels of real estate to make tax collection, investment, collateralization and process to be more efficient and effective.
Cook County plans to issue a two-year contract with two additional one-year renewal options.
Proposals are due Nov. 30 and must be uploaded to the Bonfire portal.
