The city of Dublin, Ohio is soliciting proposals from agencies that can provide marketing communications support.

The Columbus suburb, which counts a population of about 50,000, sits in central Ohio’s Franklin, Delaware and Union counties.

Dublin needs an agency that can devise a marketing communications campaign and plan in an effort to attract potential employees for seasonal jobs at the Dublin Community Recreation Center, jobs that include, but aren’t limited to, lifeguards and camp counselors.

Scope of work includes developing a marketing campaign and plan and creating supporting materials for the campaign (which includes graphic design, web landing-page copy, social media copy and other digital content including organic and paid posts, video concepts and scripts and advertisements).

Terms of the contract call for the marketing plan and initial supporting materials to be completed by January 15, with all campaign deliverables completed by February 1. Budget for the work shouldn’t exceed $15,000.
