The Agency at the University of Florida has launched a new website to make it easy for employers to connect with the experienced graduates that staff the firm.

Profiles of 31 graduating seniors appear so employers can easily learn about potential job candidates with bios and links to resumes, social media platforms, personal websites and portfolios.

“Student Team members at The Agency gain experience working on major brands in an integrated environment while learning from seasoned professionals,” executive director Andy Hopson told O’Dwyer’s. “They are skilled at writing creative briefs and strategic plans, budgeting, research techniques and how to present to clients.  It is an extremely intense and well-rounded experience.”

The Agency seeks to place 100 percent of graduating seniors interning at the firm as part of “The 100 Project.”  Students are also taken on a series of networking trips, such as an excursion to the Big Apple this past February to visit 15 PR and advertising agencies.
