Tom Qualtere, former communications director for Congressman Mike Kelly, has joined Nahigian Strategies, a top Republican communications/PR shop in DC.
He helped the Pennsylvania Congressman, who sits on the powerful Ways and Means Committee, fend off the Democratic wave during the 2018 midterm election.
Prior to joining Kelly, Qualtere was speechwriter and communications advisor for former Texas Congressman Jeb Hensarling during his stint as chairman of the House Republican Conference, and an aide to Heritage Foundation founder/former president Ed Feulner.
Keith Nahigian, who served in the Bush I White House, founded the firm in 2000.
