Agency Needed for PR Plan to ‘Take Care of Texas’

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality is looking for an agency that can develop a marketing plan that increases public awareness among Lone Star State residents regarding the steps they can take to conserve water and energy, keep air and water clean and reduce waste.
