How fascinating...will that "education" include the implied threats of disqualification rather than merely "reasons"? Surely, those Texas mavens realize the potential for intimidation when "some folks" worry about submitting those "impediment" declarations in the hopes those who review them won't use the information for other purposes. As similar and worrisome efforts expand, it will be interesting to see how many and which PR firms respond to the financial bait.
